Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with FrostPeak Collectibles, you agree to the following terms.

Estimated release and shipping dates

Release and shipping dates are estimates provided by manufacturers, distributors, or publishers and may change without notice. We will ship your pre-order as soon as the product is received and your order is ready for fulfillment.

Payment

Payment is collected when you place your order unless a different payment schedule is clearly shown at checkout.

Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will normally ship together when all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Delays and release changes

Manufacturer, publisher, distributor, carrier, and customs delays are outside our control. If the expected shipping date changes, we will provide an updated estimate when available. If we cannot ship within the stated or updated timeframe, you may request cancellation and a refund for the affected unshipped item.

Allocations and quantity limits

Pre-order quantities may be limited or reduced if a supplier allocation prevents us from receiving the full quantity ordered. If this happens, we may cancel and refund the unavailable quantity. Purchase limits may be applied to help ensure fair availability.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an unshipped pre-order by contacting us. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline repeated or abusive cancellation requests and to cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, payment, or fraud errors.

Trading card products

Product packaging, promotional materials, and final product details may differ from preview images. Randomized products do not guarantee any specific card, rarity, pull rate, or value. Sealed trading card products are not eligible for return once opened, unless required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, and keep the product and all packaging while we review the issue.
