All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of collectible items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frostpeakcollectibles@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
